Who is responsible for your data

The booking form
If you send a booking enquiry, we process the details you type into the form: your name, your email address, and — if you fill them in — the event date, the venue or location, and whatever you write in the message field.
Why: to read and answer your enquiry, and to arrange a booking if that is where it leads. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the box on the form, and thereafter our legitimate interest and the steps taken at your request prior to a possible contract (art. 6(1)(b)).
Who else sees it: the form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party service that receives the submission and forwards it by email to our booking inbox. FormSubmit operates outside the European Economic Area, which means your enquiry is transferred outside the EEA. If you would rather not use it, email us directly at info@studio-unboxed.com — that reaches exactly the same inbox. Our mailboxes are hosted on Microsoft 365.
How long: enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and, where a booking follows, for the legal retention period that applies to the booking records. Enquiries that lead nowhere are deleted within two years.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to send you marketing unless you ask us to.
Cookies and similar storage
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. There is no tracking pixel and no visitor statistics tool. What exists is this:

Once you load the player, SoundCloud processes your data as its own controller, under SoundCloud's privacy policy. You can take your choice back at any time:
The links to Instagram and Facebook are ordinary links. Those platforms only receive data about you once you click through to them.
Server logs
The site runs on our own server, hosted with Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. As with any web server, requests are written to a log that includes your IP address, the time, the page requested, and your browser's user-agent string. This is needed to run the site securely and diagnose faults (legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). Logs are rotated and not used to build profiles or matched to your identity.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data, where we have no overriding reason to keep it;
- restrict or object to how we process it;
- hand your data over in a portable format;
- withdraw a consent you gave, at any time, without affecting what happened before.

Changes
This site is still a holding page while the full DJ J Nas website is built. If we add anything that changes how data is handled — statistics, a newsletter, more embeds — this page is updated first and the date at the top changes with it.
